Salam Truthful Ltd, company number 16153851, trading as Salam Studio Pro, is controller where it decides the purposes and means of processing. Contact: salamtruthful@hotmail.com.
Depending on use, we may process account/contact details, authentication information, transaction and subscription records, terms/immediate-supply acknowledgements, workspace activity, content entered into creators, generated-resource settings, Business Studio project information, website project briefs, customer-supplied logos/images/text, domain or hosting-related information, download/delivery events, support correspondence, privacy choices, device/browser information, technical/security logs and fraud indicators.
We use information to provide accounts, creators, Business Studio and workspaces; create and deliver purchased content; design or support website services where ordered; manage one-off purchases and subscriptions; record contract confirmations; support re-delivery; provide support; protect intellectual property; prevent fraud/scraping; secure the platform; maintain website health and recovery systems; keep accounting/dispute records; and comply with legal obligations.
Where a customer purchases website services, we may process the business information, brand assets, contact details, images, copy, domain information and technical access details reasonably necessary to carry out the agreed work. Customers should provide only information they are authorised to share.
Where credentials or access tokens are temporarily required for a project, they should be limited to what is necessary and handled using reasonable security measures.
Depending on the activity, processing may rely on contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent where required. Payment-card data is normally handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by Salam Studio Pro.
We may use providers for hosting, authentication, database/storage, payment, email, security, analytics, website deployment, domain services and backup/recovery infrastructure. We do not sell personal data.
Hosted or supported services may generate technical logs containing timestamps, request information, deployment status, error events, backup status, security signals and recovery actions. We use this information to diagnose faults, maintain security, investigate incidents and restore services where reasonably possible.
Technical monitoring is intended for service operation and security, not for unnecessary monitoring of customer behaviour.
Account/profile information is generally retained while the account is active and then for a limited period reasonably needed for closure, support, disputes, security and legal obligations.
Purchase, payment, contract-confirmation, tax and accounting records may be retained for the period required by applicable tax/accounting law and for related claims or audits.
Support, complaint, fraud/security, website-project and dispute records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the matter, provide the agreed service, protect the service and establish or defend legal rights.
Generated content/workspace information is retained only for the period needed to provide the feature or saved workspace chosen by the customer, subject to backups, security and legal requirements. Where a fixed period is not appropriate, we decide retention using the purpose, sensitivity, legal obligations, risk, customer expectations, need for re-delivery and limitation/dispute periods.
Do not enter more personal, confidential or special-category information than necessary. Adults entering information about children, employees, learners, service users or other people are responsible for having appropriate authority, a lawful basis and safeguards.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Where data is transferred outside the UK, an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism is used where required.
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and rights concerning automated decision-making, and may withdraw consent where consent is relied on. Contact salamtruthful@hotmail.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
We review this notice when providers, processing activities, website services, retention needs or legal requirements materially change.
